For small subcontractors and firm owners

Don’t lose extras.
Don’t miss retention.

WorksDue is a phone app that logs variations on site — photos, who instructed them, values — and reminds you when retention is due after practical completion. We’ll email you once, when it’s on the App Store and Google Play.

Email only. By joining you agree we can send that one launch email. Read the Privacy policy and Terms & conditions.

Built for people who still run jobs from their pocket

Extras die in WhatsApp. Retention gets forgotten after practical completion. WorksDue keeps both in one place — without a back-office system you will never open on site. Read how to log extras and get retention back.

01

Capture variations on site

Log the instruction, photos, and value while you’re still on the job. Nothing gets lost between site and office.

02

Never miss a retention claim

See what’s held, what’s due, and what’s overdue. Get reminded before the 12-month claim after practical completion.

03

See what needs attention today

A home screen for live project value, pending extras, and claims that are slipping — not another spreadsheet.

04

New phone, same jobs

Projects, extras, and photos back up to your WorksDue account. Sign in on a new phone and you pick up where you left off — no re-typing a year’s work.

How it works

Three habits. No training course.

Create the job

Contract, retention, done

Add the project, the contract value, and the retention percent. That’s the setup.

Log extras as they happen

Photo, who said so, value

Pending, approved, or rejected — with evidence attached, not a later guess.

Mark practical completion

Then claim on time

WorksDue schedules the retention date and nudges you before it’s due.

Who it’s for

If you run a small gang or a small firm, this is the list.

Small subcontractors

You do the extra work. You need a record before the conversation moves on — and a reminder when the money held back is actually due.

Small firm owners

A handful of live jobs, not a commercial department. One place for contract value, variations, and retention instead of notes, photos, and a forgotten folder.

Questions

When does it launch?

Planned for Q2 2027 on the App Store and Google Play. If that moves, people on this list hear first.

What does joining the waitlist mean?

One email when iOS and Android are live. We will not send a drip campaign, and you can unsubscribe from that email or write to support@worksdue.com.

Is it free?

Core tracking will be free for a small number of live projects. A Pro plan is planned for more jobs, export, and a yearly overview.

What if I get a new phone?

Your projects, variations, and photos are backed up to your WorksDue account. Sign in on the new phone and they restore. A working copy also stays on the device you are using, so you can still open jobs on site.

iPhone and Android?

Both. Same product. We’ll email you when the store listings are up.
